Smoothie Recepie:
1 Cup milk (any kind. Coconut, soy, cashew, almond)
2 scoops protein powder
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Cup:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Cucumbers
Spinach
Carrots
Red Grapes (opt..makes sweeter)
1/2 banana
Blend well. I like to make mine for the week and freeze. Just remember to take the ones for the next day before you go to bed.
